Sara Langarica from our Moorpark office has been awarded the title Customer Service Champion by Mercury Insurance and Cornerstone Development. The award came after a thorough course in modern customer service methods and the completion of a six month field project during which Sara developed a company program which will now allow our customers to easily submit their feedback about our products and services. The new program will give us the ability to reach out to our customers and to respond to their comments and questions and then act on them quickly and appropriately.
The program will also be used to help us develop new ways to make the customer experience more positive and productive. Congratulations to Sara for all her hard work and effort.
